Rachel Taylor is a mixed Iñupiaq and settler editor, living and working as an uninvited guest on Coast Salish territories. She specializes in the unique considerations of working with Indigenous stories and storytellers, contemporary and traditional. She is a member of the Indigenous Editing Circle and is a student in the Master of Publishing, Class of 2018, at Simon Fraser University.

 

Sandie Dielissen

Sandie conducted archival research at the Glenbow Museum & Archives in Calgary, focusing particularly on the observations and personal notes written by the late Edward Ahenakew. She also transcribed a variety of archival sources, catalogued prep books to be added to the project bibliography, and assisted with administrative matters.

Sarah is a First Nations Studies and Education Graduate who is living and working on the unceded territory of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh), and Skwxwú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish) peoples. She has contributed to The People and the Text through IT support, database analysis and research.
